We are collecting and processing your personal information like your name, email, phone number and address just because we need to contact you in order to provide the best service and to deliver the items you have purchased.

~ as mentioned above, the reason we are collecting personal information is to be able to contact you with a quote (specially when you access the refund/repair/replace forms as we need to get back to you with quote or answer to your request form.
~ we also receive personal information when you purchase a product from our online store as you need to complete the required data on our website so we can provide you with the item purchased.
We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you when necessary, most likely after we finish the repair and have to inform you about this. We never share your information with a third party or anyone. We only use it to contact you directly.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
1. Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time, although, if you r product is still with us you might like to collect it first. You can do this by contacting Elena Trache.
2. We have a legal obligation: we have to use your personal information on invoice.

We collect your personal information when you fill the online forms () or any other pop up tabs on our website. This allow you to contact us requesting a refund, repair or replacement of your item purchased from us then we will have to contact you back to ask more questions or updates of the outcome.
The personal information like your name, contact number, email, etc. which we receive from you via email on our website, will allow us to keep in touch with you for any updates on your item and will be disposed of on a monthly base, or after we assure your product is back into your hands. There are occasions when we have to keep your information longer than one month eg: holidays, sickness, etc, however, this will never exceed 12 months, unless we have your written consent.
